About me:

I am a biomedical engineering PhD student, passionate about studying neuronal disorders and deepening our understanding of the human brain. I graduated with a B.S. in biomedical engineering and a minor in computer science from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I led different research projects under Dr. Gongchen Sun studying neural stem cell differentiation and their physiological properties. I am excited to continue my education at UVA and conduct research with the Bajikar lab.

 

Outside of the lab, I enjoy making music (I play the violin, guitar, and piano), playing video games, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family.
