About me:
I'm a biomedical engineering MS student interested in neurological disorders and developing non-invasive therapies to treat them. I received my B.S. in biomedical engineering from the University of Florida. There, I researched the effects of double-strand DNA breaks on oligodendrocyte function and myelination in Alzheimer's disease under Dr. Stefan Prokop. I'm thrilled to continue my education at UVA and add more neuroscience and engineering solution strategies to my toolbox!
Outside of the lab, I love to hike and explore the outdoors, cook, read true crime, and travel!
