About me:
I am a biomedical engineering PhD student primarily interested in neuroscience and applications of computational modeling. I received a BS and MS in biomedical engineering from Purdue University, where I researched molecular modeling of the post-synaptic density under Dr. Tamara Kinzer-Ursem and stochastic/agent-based modeling with Dr. Elsje Pienaar. Continuing my education at UVA, I am excited to expand deeper into neurobiology and genetic engineering with the Bajikar lab.
In my personal time, I love to play board games, read poetry and classic literature (and science fiction), and listen to heavy metal music.
